Kelsey A. Willis Printer-Friendly

Kelsey Willis supports Carruthers & Roth litigators who defend against medical malpractice claims. Her responsibilities include: conducting extensive research on medical issues; ordering, organizing, and summarizing medical records and associated bills; summarizing depositions; compiling professional information and prior expert testimony; preparing correspondence; filing pleadings; and assisting with trial preparation.

Prior to joining Carruthers & Roth, Kelsey worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Tallahassee, Florida, where she supported a team specializing in personal injury litigation. In addition to her case-related work there, she designed a new protocol for storing physical evidence and created a procedural handbook for paralegals.
