Christopher W. Genheimer Printer-Friendly
Chris Genheimer is a member of the Carruthers & Roth business, tax and estate planning practice where he works with individuals, families, businesses and entrepreneurs. He focuses on helping clients with all aspects of forming, operating and transitioning family owned and closely held businesses, with an emphasis on healthcare practices and new startups.
Before turning to law, Chris worked in research, product development and project management in the biotech industry. He has authored dozens of scientific journal articles and book chapters and is a co-inventor of two patented biotech developments.
While in law school, Chris externed with the Triad Area Inception Micro Angel Fund (IMAF) where he helped startups and entrepreneurs navigate the complex field of private equity transactions, due diligence, and securities regulation. Chris also represented Triad area clients with their estate planning while working as a student attorney in Elon Law’s Wills Clinic.
